• Amazon Textract and AWS Bedrock for AI-powered text extraction
• Amazon DynamoDB for secure metadata storage

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Documents are stored in isolated tenant environments to ensure data separation.

Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion for legal compliance
• Processed documents: Retained according to your subscription plan settings; you can delete documents at any time
• Extraction results: Retained until you delete them or close your account
• Temporary files: Automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing
